MOSCOW. July 24 (Interfax) - Drones have struck two nonresidential buildings in Moscow, causing no casualties or serious damage, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
"Drone strikes upon two nonresidential buildings were recorded at about 4 a.m. this morning. No serious damage or casualties have been caused," Sobyanin wrote on Telegram on Monday.
Emergency services are working at the scenes of the attacks, he said.
Interfax learned from emergency services that two drones crashed in central Moscow early on Monday. "One drone crashed on Likhachev Street in the Danilovsky district, and the other was tentatively downed on Komsomolsky Avenue in [the district of] Khamovniki," they said.
No one was hurt. The drones smashed windows and partially damaged roofs of some buildings nearby.
