Russian Foreign Ministry's Int'l Info Security Dept head Lyukmanov appointed presidential envoy for int'l cooperation in info security - decree

MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed the director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's International Information Security Department, Artur Lyukmanov, as his special representative for international cooperation in information security.

"The duties of the special presidential representative for international cooperation in information security shall be assigned to Director of the Information Security Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry Artur Rushanovich Lyukmanov," according to a decree dated July 25 and published on the website of legal information.

Andrei Krutskikh previously held the position.
