ROSTOV-ON-DON. July 28 (Interfax) - Fifteen people have requested medical assistance after an explosion outside the Chekhov Sad cafe in Russia's Taganrog, Rostov region governor Vasily Golubev said.
"For the time being, 15 people have sought medical aid, medics are working with them," Golubev wrote on Telegram on Friday.
