ROSTOV-ON-DON. July 28 (Interfax) - Nine people were hospitalized after an explosion in Russia's Taganrog, Rostov region governor Vasily Golubev said on Friday.
"Medical facilities have admitted nine people whose condition is assessed by medics as medium and light levels of severity," Golubev said on Telegram.
The epicenter of the blast was located in the grounds of the Taganrog art museum, he said.
"The wall of the museum, its roof, garages and outbuildings have been destroyed. Window frames and balconies in a nearby three-story house have been smashed," Golubev said.
