MOSCOW. Aug 1 (Interfax) - The threat of drone attacks on sites in Moscow is obvious, but measures are being taken, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"I have nothing more to add to what the Defense Ministry has already said. I said yesterday that the military alone can and should comment on that from an expert standpoint. This threat does exist, it is obvious, and measures are being taken," Peskov told journalists on Tuesday when commenting on reports that a drone again hit the IQ quarter in the Moscow-City business district, which is home to the offices of several Russian ministries.
Reporters asked Peskov about the Kremlin's conclusions about the extent of the Russian capital's protection against such attacks and in what case it will become necessary to increase security measures.
