MINSK. Aug 4 (Interfax) - Compelling evidence of the Polish airspace breach by Belarusian helicopters has been presented to Belarus, the Polish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"On August 4, the Polish embassy in Minsk presented the Belarusian Foreign Ministry with detailed information, which compellingly proves the breach of the Polish airspace by two Belarusian military helicopters on August 1, 2023," the statement said.
"The presented information is at odds with the stance of the Republic of Belarus expressed in official statements by the Belarusian foreign and defense ministries," it said.
The Polish Foreign Ministry urged Belarus "to rapidly clarify the incident, adjust its stance on the matter, and stop staging any sorts of provocations along the Polish-Belarusian border."
