SERGIYEV POSAD. Aug 9 (Interfax) - A woman injured by the blast in Sergiyev Posad has died in intensive care, the municipal administration's press service said.
"There is information that one woman has died of her injuries in the district hospital," the press service said on Telegram.
The woman, who was born in 1978, worked in a workshop of the Zagorsk Optical-Mechanical Plant, the post said.
According to earlier reports, an explosion rocked a rented fireworks storage facility on premises adjacent to the Zagorsk Optical-Mechanical Plant at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday. All of the plant's buildings and workshops were evacuated. More than 50 people were injured, with six of them placed in intensive care.
