MOSCOW. Aug 14 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin have conducted negotiations on the sidelines of the Army 2023 international military-technical forum, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
"The meeting participants discussed aspects of military and military-technical cooperation between the two countries at the defense minister level," it said.
Shoigu visited a Belarusian display at the forum, it said.
