YEREVAN. Aug 15 (Interfax) - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is going to New York for a meeting of the UN Security Council convened at Yerevan's request.
"Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will leave for New York on August 16 for a special meeting of the UN Security Council convened at Armenia's demand over the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh caused by its full blocking by Azerbaijan," the Armenian Foreign Ministry's press service said.
