MOSCOW. Aug 16 (Interfax) - Russian assault units have improved their position while advancing in the Kupyansk sector, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.
"In the Kupyansk sector, assault units of the western group of forces have advanced in their areas of responsibility and improved their frontline position," Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a press briefing.
