KUBINKA (Moscow region). Aug 16 (Interfax) - The Russian Defense Ministry and Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant have concluded a contract on the construction and delivery of Project 23470 seafaring tugboats at the Army 2023 forum, an Interfax correspondent reported.
"A state contract on the production and delivery of Project 23470 seafaring tugboats is being signed," an announcement made during the signing ceremony said.
The document carries the signatures of chief of the Russian Armed Forces' Main Armament Directorate Anatoly Gulyayev and Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant General Director Vyacheslav Karpov.
