BERLIN. Aug 17 (Interfax) - The German authorities have sent two IRIS-T air defense systems to Ukraine, the German Defense Ministry's updated information on military assistance for Ukraine shows.
Germany also delivered ten GO-12 ground surveillance radars in addition to the 18 supplied earlier. Ukraine was also provided with five off-road trucks and four semitrailers, eight load-handling trucks, and 4,539 rounds of smoke ammunition. Germany had earlier supplied Ukraine with 12,461 rounds of smoke ammunition.
It was reported in early August that Berlin had handed over two Patriot air defense missile systems to Ukraine.
