SOCHI. Sept 4 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan have finalized negotiations in the expanded format, the Russian presidential press service said.
The expanded negotiations lasted for about 90 minutes. The leaders will continue talks at a working breakfast.
