SOCHI. Sept 4 (Interfax) - The Russian-Turkish top-level talks were constructive, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The attitude is very constructive, and, indeed, the talks between the delegations were very good," Peskov told reporters.
"The ministers, the deputy prime minister on our side each reported on their field of work, and very specific reports were delivered about what has been achieved, about existing problems. The comparing of notes was very good," he said.
