SOCHI. Sept 4 (Interfax) - Russia has never refused to hold talks on Ukraine and is not rejecting them now, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"I want to say that Russia has never refused to hold talks [on Ukraine] and we are not refusing now," Putin said.
The Turkish president "brought up these issues at our meeting today, and we confirm that," he said.
