YEREVAN. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Armenia has recalled Viktor Biyagov from the post of its permanent representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
"Based on the prime minister's [Nikol Pashinyan's] proposal, in line with the constitution's articles and the law on diplomatic service, to recall Viktor Biyagov from his post as Armenia's permanent and plenipotentiary representative to the CSTO," President Vahagn Khachaturyan said in his decree.
Biyagov was appointed Armenia's representative to the CSTO in November 2018.
The president has also appointed Biyagov as Armenia's ambassador to the Netherlands and permanent representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
