Two Ukrainian drones downed over Bryansk region - Russian Defense Ministry (Part 2)

MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Two Ukrainian drones have been shot down over the Bryansk region, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"On-duty air defense forces destroyed an unmanned aerial vehicle over the territory of the Bryansk region," the ministry said.

The incident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, it said.

Another drone was downed at around 7:30 a.m., the Defense Ministry said later.

Glass panels of the Bryansk 1 railway station's building, the square outside the railway station and several cars nearby were partly damaged by falling debris of one of the drones, Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said.

"No one was injured," Bogomaz said on his Telegram channel.
