MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Defense Minister Col. Gen. Alexander Fomin and Pakistani Ambassador to Russia Shafqat Ali Khan have discussed expansion of bilateral defense cooperation at a meeting, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday.
"The meeting addressed the current agenda of bilateral military cooperation and reaffirmed the mutual wish to enhance and boost Russian-Pakistani relations in the field of defense," the ministry said.
"Shafqat Ali Khan thanked the Russian side for the comprehensive support and assistance in his diplomatic mission in Russia," it said.
