Kiev's terrorist attacks confirm need to continue special military operation - Peskov

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Ukrainian authorities are continuing to use the tactics of terrorist attacks and strikes on civilian infrastructure, which confirms the need to continue the special military operation Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The Kiev regime is not above the practice of terrorist attacks, it is not above organizing assassination attempts, terrorist attacks against prominent figures, leaders of public opinion and, of course, strikes on civilian targets," he said on RBC-TV.

"We see that the Kiev regime is drawn towards continuing this practice, and that probably justifies the need to unconditionally continue the special military operation, to fully neutralize this threat," Peskov said.

Peskov said that the Russian military and security services are improving their methods of resisting such attacks.

"We hope that we can eliminate such threats more effectively and fully over time, but the main thing is to continue the special military operation till the victory, to radically eliminate this threat to our future," Peskov said.
