Russia to continue its lunar program - Putin

VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Russia is not going to scrap its lunar program following the crash of the Luna 25 moon lander, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum on Tuesday.

"It is a pity of course that the moon landing did not occur, but it does not mean that we will end this program. We will continue to work," Putin said.
