Attaches of 14 African states visiting Belarus to discuss military cooperation prospects

MINSK. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Defense attaches of 14 African states are visiting Belarus to discuss military cooperation prospects, the Belarusian Defense Ministry's press service said on Monday.

"Defense attaches of 14 African states have arrived in Minsk. The visit's purpose is to get acquainted with the capacities of the Republic of Belarus for development of military cooperation," the ministry said.

During their visit, the African officials will familiarize themselves with Belarusian military schools, defense plants, manufacturing enterprises and cultural heritage.
