MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Third countries should not be concerned about relations between Russia and North Korea, as these relations are not targeted against anyone, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"All other issues are related only to our two sovereign countries and should not be a matter of concern to third countries, since our cooperation is developing to the benefit of people in both countries and does not target anyone," Peskov said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
