MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Russia and North Korea are developing cooperation in sensitive areas, including military cooperation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Full-scale relations imply dialogue and interaction in sensitive areas, such as military cooperation and an exchange of views on the most pressing security matters. This will also be carried out," Peskov said in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
