YEREVAN. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan has not responded to Armenia's proposals on normalizing bilateral relations and a draft peace agreement, head of the Armenian Parliament's Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Sargis Khandanyan said.
"Azerbaijan has not responded to Armenian proposals regarding the peace agreement," Khandanyan told reporters on Wednesday.
Baku has been trying to solve problems by force, he said.
"The concentration of Azerbaijani forces near the Armenian border proves that Baku is continuing its aggressive policy and opting to solve problems by force. But this does not mean that Armenia should stop pursuing a policy of peacefully resolving problems and concluding a peace agreement with Azerbaijan. Armenia is ready to return to talks at any time," he said.
There is currently no information on preparations for a meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Khandanyan said.
