MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - The talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un were important and substantive, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"On the whole, the negotiations have been very important and very substantive," Peskov said in an interview with Channel One.
