MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Military-technical cooperation between Russia and North Korea has prospects, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"Of course, there are certain limitations. Russia complies with all of them, it does, but of course, there are things we can discuss, so we discuss them and consider them. There are prospects in this area, as well," Putin said on the Rossiya 1 television channel (VGTRK).
