MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - North Korea intends to reinvigorate its cooperation with Russia, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The North Koreans are seriously interested in reanimating our cooperation," Peskov said in an interview with the Rossiya 1 (VGTRK) television channel.
"We stalled considerably because of the Covid-related restrictions that were introduced in North Korea. These restrictions are being lifted gradually," he said.
