Thirty seven Ukrainian drones destroyed in special military operation zone in past 24 hours - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - Russian forces have destroyed 37 Ukrainian drones in the special military operation zone in the past 24 hours, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov has said.

"Thirty seven Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and jammed by electronic warfare equipment in the vicinity of Blagodatnoye [and] Zaitsevo in the Donetsk People's Republic, Verkhnekamenka [and] Novovodyanoye in the Lugansk People's Republic, Kardashinka [and] Sagi in the Kherson region, and Novogorovka and Tarasovka in the Zaporozhye region," Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Wednesday.

Ukrainian P-18 radars for detecting and tracking airborne targets were destroyed in the vicinity of Lukashevo in the Zaporozhye region, and ST-68 radars were struck in the vicinity of Krutoyarovka in the Dnepropetrovsk region, he said.

"Air defense intercepted five rockets fired by HIMARS multiple rocket launchers," Konashenkov said.
