MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - Russian air defenses shot down 11 Ukrainian drones over Crimea, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
"An attempt by the Kiev regime to stage a terrorist attack with fixed-wing drones on sites in the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted at around 5:30 a.m. Moscow time on September 14. On-duty air defense forces destroyed 11 unmanned aerial vehicles over the Republic of Crimea," the ministry said.
