BAKU. Sept 19 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan's presidential administration has not ruled out meeting with representatives of the Karabakh Armenian community in the city of Yevlakh on certain preconditions.
"For the cessation of counter-terrorist measures, the illegal Armenian armed groups must raise a white flag [and] give up all [of their] weapons, and the illegal regime must disband. Otherwise, the anti-terrorist measures will be continued to their conclusion," the administration said in a statement seen by Interfax.
