YEREVAN. Sept 20 (Interfax) - Seven civilians have been killed and 35 have suffered injuries in Azerbaijani attacks on Nagorno-Karabakh, the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR)'s ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan said.
"As of 3:00 a.m., according to the information received by the Office of the Human Rights Defender, there are 35 injured people among the civilian population: 13 children, 15 women and seven men," Stepanyan said on the X social network, formerly known as Twitter.
The deaths of two civilians were previously reported.
"The civilian casualties and injuries are documented in all regions of Artsakh [the Armenian name for Nagorno-Karabakh]," Stepanyan said.
