Drone strike on fuel, energy facilities prevented in Russia's Oryol region, no casualties or damage - governor

MOSCOW. Sept 21 (Interfax) - Two drones targeting fuel and energy facilities in Russia's Oryol region have been downed, governor Andrei Klychkov said.

"Two unmanned aerial vehicles targeting fuel and energy facilities were neutralized in the Oryol region last night. According to preliminary information, there are neither casualties nor damage," Klychkov said on Telegram early on Thursday morning.

Earlier on Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported repelling a massive strike on Crimea by Ukrainian drones. Drones were also downed in the Kursk, Belgorod and Oryol regions, it said.
