MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax) - Russia is hoping to take part in the upcoming OSCE Ministerial Meeting at a proper level, which is due to be held in North Macedonia, Russia's Deputy Foreign Ministry Alexander Grushko said on Friday.
"We are preparing for this meeting, [and] our position is absolutely clear. The OSCE Ministerial Meeting will be successful if full equality is ensured for all the delegations, which arises from all the fundamental documents [of the OSCE]," Grushko told reporters in Moscow.
