MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will host a major conference on Monday to address Sunday's riots in Dagestan, which is to be attended by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, chiefs of key security agencies, and the speakers of the State Duma and the Federation Council, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Putin plans to hold a major and representative conference roughly at 7:00 p.m. tonight to discuss the West's attempts to take advantage of the events in the Middle East for dividing Russian society. A detailed conversation will take place," Peskov told journalists.
The conference participants will include Prime Minister Mishustin, Federation Council speaker Valentina Matviyenko, State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov, Russian National Guard chief Viktor Zolotov, Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin, Investigative Committee chief Alexander Bastrykin, and First Deputy Interior Minister Alexander Gorovoi.
