YEREVAN. Oct 30 (Interfax) - Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and Ukrainian presidential chief of staff Andrei Yermak have discussed the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in Malta on Monday.
"The sides discussed the current level of relations between Armenia and Ukraine at the meeting. In this context, they underlined the importance of the first meeting between the Armenian prime minister and the Ukrainian president held in Granada on October 5," the press service for the Armenian embassy to Ukraine said.
Yermak "reaffirmed the Ukrainian side's readiness to strengthen cooperation with Armenia, in particular, in matters of European integration," the press service said.
Additionally, Grigoryan and Yermak discussed bilateral cooperation at international organizations and in energy.
