MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Russian air defense downed another Ukrainian fixed-wing drone in the Belgorod region at about 1 p.m. on Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Earlier in the day, the ministry reported neutralizing a Ukrainian drone in the Belgorod region at about 11:30 a.m.
