MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The United States can voice its concerns about the possible supply of Pantsir air defense systems to Hezbollah by the Wagner Group to the Russian Defense Ministry, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"As we have said before, there is no such group [as Wagner] de facto, so all these assertions are usually based on nothing and have nothing behind them. However, there are emergency channels for communication with the military. If there are concerns based on something, they can always be relayed to our military," Peskov told reporters on Friday.
He was asked to comment on reports about U.S. concern over the possible supply of Pantsir air defense systems to Hezbollah by the Wagner Group.
He was also asked to comment on reports that Yevgeny Prigozhin's son, Pavel, might take charge of the Wagner Group.
"This is not a question for us. This is not our area. I do not have such information," Peskov said.
