Blinken, Ukraine's Yermak discuss supplies of additional air defense items to Kiev - State Dept

WASHINGTON. Nov 14 (Interfax) - U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Ukrainian Presidential Office Head Andrei Yermak discussed the provision of additional air defense capabilities to Ukraine at a meeting in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Department of State said in a statement.

The parties discussed "preparations for winter, including the ongoing provision of additional air defense items and hardening of Ukraine's critical infrastructure" against missile and drone attacks," it said.

Blinken "reaffirmed the United States' commitment to Ukraine and its people", as well as the U.S.' ongoing work with allies to continue to support Kiev, the Department of State said.
