ST. PETERSBURG. Nov 17 (Interfax) - Yerevan is considering Russia's proposal to host a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, but no specific agreement has been reached so far, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan told Interfax.
"There are various kinds of proposals [and] discussions, but no specific agreements for now. This is caused by difficulties with the work schedule. There are no problems, just technical coordination. The Armenian side does not decline any offers. The work is in progress," Harutyunyan said on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum in response to a question from Interfax.
