RIYADH. Dec 7 (Interfax) - The end of the pause in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict exacerbates the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"For now, the situation is deeply worrisome. Naturally, everyone would like the pause in hostilities to continue but, as we see, the situation is back to the military track and again causes exacerbation of the dramatic humanitarian catastrophe we bear witness to in the Gaza Strip," Peskov told reporters after Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Saudi Arabia, where the Palestinian-Israeli conflict was discussed among other issues.
