MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces struck Ukrainian drone assembly and repair facilities, three weapons warehouses and a fuel depot of the Ukrainian army over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.
"Tactical aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, missile forces and artillery of the Russian groups of forces destroyed workshops where drones were assembled and repaired, and struck three ammunition warehouses, a fuel depot, a 79K6 Pelikan circular view radar station with a phased antenna, as well as troops and military hardware of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 118 areas," the ministry said.
Air defense also intercepted two HIMARS missiles, it said.
"Apart from this, six Ukrainian drones were destroyed near Kremennaya in the Lugansk People's Republic and Belogorovka, Krinichnaya and Maryinka in the Donetsk People's Republic," the ministry said.
A total of 550 Ukrainian military planes, 257 helicopters, 9,661 drones, 442 anti-aircraft missile systems, and 14,026 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry said.
