MINSK. Dec 15 (Interfax) - The Belarusian Armed Forces are conducting a snap inspection of the standby air defense forces, the Belarusian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
"A snap inspection of standby air defense units of the Air Force and Air Defense Force began in line with the plan of the Air Force and Air Defense Force commander," the statement said.
"S-300 and S-400 air defense missile systems, as well as Rosa-RB low-altitude radars, are engaged," it said.
Personnel of anti-aircraft missile and air surveillance forces advanced to designated areas and started to accomplish combat missions, it said. Personnel is to accomplish missions of detecting and simulated defeating control targets, it said.
