MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - Russia makes larger quantities of high-tech weapons than NATO, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.
"Despite the sanctions, we make larger quantities of high-tech weapons than NATO countries," Shoigu said at an expanded meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry board on Tuesday.
