ROSTOV-ON-DON. Dec 26 (Interfax) - Four people suffered injuries in an attack on the Feodosia seaport in eastern Crimea in the early hours of Tuesday, the Crimean Health Ministry said on Telegram citing updated reports.
"Four people were injured, two of them were provided with outpatient medical care, and the other two have been hospitalized. The patients receiving inpatient aid are currently in satisfactory condition," it said.
Earlier, Crimea head Sergei Aksyonov said that one person was killed and two were injured in the attack.
The Feodosia port was attacked in the early hours of Tuesday. Aksyonov said the detonations ended at about 4:15 a.m., and the fire was contained. The local authorities decided to move people living in neighboring houses to safety.
The Russian Defense Ministry said the Novocherkassk large landing ship sustained damage at its homeport of Feodosia while repelling the attack by guided air-launched missiles and that two Ukrainian Sukhoi Su-24 planes that launched the missiles were destroyed by air defense systems.
