MOSCOW. Dec 26 (Interfax) - The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has fulfilled the state defense order in 2023, UAC head Yury Slyusar said.
"We have fulfilled the state defense order and have supplied everything envisaged by our contracts, plans and schedules in time or, in case of certain plants, ahead of time," Slyusar said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 television channel (VGTRK).
The Russian Defense Ministry's order for aircraft considerably increased this year, he said.
"For instance, the order for Sukhoi Su-57 has practically doubled," Slyusar said.
"The order is even larger for 2024, more work is to be done, but we hope to accomplish this task, as well," he said.
