MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - Rostec's Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) has fulfilled its contracts to deliver T-90M Proryv and T-72B3M tanks to the Russian Armed Forces.
"Work on a number of products under obligations for 2024 is now in full swing at the UVZ company's enterprises," the UVZ press service said.
"Employees of Uralvagonzavod and the Ural Design Bureau of Technical Engineering are fine-tuning armored hardware based on the experience of its use in the special military operation zone. These efforts focus primarily on improving its protection and performance qualities that are key to safeguarding crews' lives and enhancing the effectiveness of this hardware during combat missions," the press service said.
The T-90M is the latest modification of Russia's T-90 main battle tank.
The T-72B3M is an advanced version of the T-72 main battle tank.
