VORONEZH. Jan 10 (Interfax) - The Belgorod city administration has declared an air-raid alert in the city.
"The unified state emergency alert system has warned of an aviation danger in the city of Belgorod," it said.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces have repeatedly shelled Belgorod since December 29.
