ANADYR. Jan 10 (Interfax) - There is nothing serious in Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's peace plan as long as Kiev's formal refusal to hold peace talks remains in force, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"You see hardly explainable processes on a settlement, on a peace forum. Zelensky's peace forum is some formula, some combination of countries that are discussing some peace formula without Russia's involvement. [That's] a very strange process," Peskov told journalists.
There is nothing serious in this plan, he said.
"That is, Kiev's legally codified refusal to hold any negotiations still exists de facto. We are continuing the special military operation," Peskov said.
