Two dead, 6 injured in attack on Gorlovka - DPR head

ROSTOV-ON-DON. Jan 12 (Interfax) - Two people have been killed and six have been injured, including energy workers and paramedics, in an attack on Gorlovka, head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack on the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka during repairs of critical infrastructure killed a female energy worker and injured three employees of the DPR Regional Energy Supply Company," Pushilin's press service quoted him as saying on Friday.

The press service also reported a drone attack on an ambulance, which arrived at the scene of the incident to help the injured.

"A paramedic was killed, and three medical workers suffered injuries," the press service said, adding that the injured individuals were taken to a hospital.
