Ukrainian drone attacks village in Kursk region, no casualties reported - authorities

VORONEZH. Jan 17 (Interfax) - A Ukrainian drone has attacked the territory of the Sudzha district, Kursk region Governor Roman Starovoit said.

"A Ukrainian kamikaze drone damaged one house in the village of Sverdlikovo in the Sudzha district today. Fragments damaged the exterior of a residential building, windows were broken, [and] a car was damaged," the governor said on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.

A yellow (high) terrorist threat level has been in place in the Kursk region since April 11, 2022. The region borders Ukraine and has been repeatedly attacked.
